About The Speaker
Speaker, Lois Rader, teaches with the goal of equipping Christians of all ages and walks of life; to clearly hear God’s direction, inspiration, will, and His passionate love for them. She has the privilege of ministering monthly at Friendship Ridge, a nursing and rehabilitation facility, bringing the message of encouragement and love.
New Brighten Christian Assembly is her home church under the leadership of Pastor Sam DeMarco. In the church, she has taught Listening Prayer in a small group setting, the Champions grade 1-5, and the seniors Koffee Klatch.
The Listening Prayer she teaches has been developed from "Can You Hear Me?" written by and given permission to use by Brad Jersak. Lois served a month long intership with Della Headley of British Columbia, Canada, learning to use Listening Prayer in counceling.
Lois has developed her gift for teaching by leading Bible studies for all age levels. Her credentials include Sunday School classes and VBS, children’s clubs, and women’s Bible study. She has been a keynote speaker at women’s retreats, youth group, and the Women’s Ministry Sunday at her church.
Lois has three children, seven grandchildren and lives in “Steelers’ country” near Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Clair.
